General background:
After graduating from the Nottingham Law School, Brenda returned to the North West area where she completed her training and qualified as a solicitor in 2002. She has been practising in the field of commercial and civil litigation ever since. Brenda is one of the founding Directors of The Keith Jones Partnership.

Commercial and civil litigation, debt recovery, enforcement and contractual disputes, with particular specialism in technology-based disputes.

Career highlight:
Obtaining an exceptional settlement on a case. As the parties were leaving the Court for lunch, the opponent finally realised they were very likely to lose badly and the first comment from the Defendant’s solicitor was, “Can we do a deal?”. Particularly satisfying as it was a hard fought and demanding case.
